It is easy to join the VIP section!  Once you have reached a 1$ pay on your adfly account, simply send an email to : freec00kies [ at sign ] live [ dot sign ] com with the Title of the email being your adfly ID.  You can find your adfly ID under referrals.  Once we have received your email, and that your earnings have reached a minimum of 1$ (this is just a security mesure to prove you will be using this account, because we had some fake accounts gaining access to VIP section), you will receive a email from freec00kies [ at sign ] live [ dot sign ] com with your VIP account information.  It will most likely be as follow : username : reversed adfly ID // password : adfly ID.  The email will also contain the url of your FREE VIP ADFLY EBOOK.  You will also receive updates when the book is updated with new contents, so you are always ready for new strategies!
